Returns and Exchanges

How can I make a return or exchange?
We’re sorry you didn’t love your OFLOWERJEWELRY. Please contact contact@oflowerjewelry.com with your order number and the products you wish to exchange or return, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Help! I can’t find my reason for return.
Don’t worry—OFLOWERJEWELRY packages don’t include return reasons. Just contact contact@oflowerjewelry.com and we’ll help you process your return or exchange.


What is your return policy?
All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. To make a return, or if you have trouble making a return within the 30-day period, please contact contact@oflowerjewelry.com. You’ll need to provide the order # to make a return, and you will be fully refunded to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.


How long will it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.


What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one you ordered, we apologize! Please contact us at contact@oflowerjewelry.com and we’ll make sure to send you the OFLOWERJEWELRY you ordered!


What is the return process if I am not satisfied with the product?
Yes, within 30 days of receiving your package. Here are your packing instructions:

  1. Pack the items securely in a box.
  2. Attach the shipping label accurately to the address side of the package, covering any previous delivery addresses and barcodes without overlapping any adjacent side.
  3. Use the listed address and attach the appropriate amount of postage.
  4. Ship the package from your nearest post office or shipping company of your choice.
