COVID-19 Delivery Information
In response to COVID-19, all of our couriers are taking precautionary measures to ensure the health and safety of drivers and our customers.
You can be assured that all our couriers are following government guidelines and that everyone’s safety is our priority.
Currently, there is no impact on our delivery services, but we encourage customers to use their home address for delivery.
In the future, all couriers will implement contactless delivery, so you will not need to sign for delivered packages.

Processing and Shipping Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after order confirmation. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping is free. The total delivery time, from processing to delivery, varies from 6 to 11 business days (1-3 days for processing and 5-8 days for transit).
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification via email with the tracking number. Please allow about 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you do not receive your order within 10 days of the shipping confirmation, please contact us at contact@oflowerjewelry.com with your name and order number. We will take care of resolving the issue.
Refunds, Returns, and Replacements
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount. The return address will be provided upon request.
If your order arrives damaged, please email contact@oflowerjewelry.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the product. We handle each case individually to find the best solution.
